This memorial website was created in the loving memory of OUR precious angel,Caroline Marie Scanlon who was born in Louisiana on July11, 2008 and went to live with Jesus on August 12, 2008. We will remember her and love her forever and ever.

Our sweet baby Caroline entered this world on Friday July 11, 2008. An innocent bundle of joy weighing 4lbs. 1oz. She was so tiny but such a fighter from the start. Entering this world 5 1/2 weeks early, she had to spend time in ICU. Because she was doing so well she was sent home much earlier than expected. After only a week in ICU she was eating well and progressing beautifully and sent home to be with Mommy, Daddy and Big Sissy Katelynn. She was able to spend 2 wonderful weeks at home before returning to Childrens Hospital. It was there that we discovered how truly sick she was and after 12 days she lost the battle and went to live with Jesus. She is truly missed by ALL but especially by Mommy, Daddy, Sissy, Nana, PaPa, Grandma and many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and Friends.

Mommy's Memorial Quilt made by Nana 1-28-2009

Nana made this memorial quilt for Mommy so that her Sweet Caroline could keep her warm at night. It is something that I will cherish forever.
